South Orange, NJ – August 28, 2025 – As the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) celebrates its 20th Anniversary Season, the organization announces the appointment of Molly Marinik as Director of Development.

“We are delighted to welcome Molly to the team during this meaningful milestone,” said SOPAC Executive Director Lana Rogachevskaya. “Her experience and knowledge of both the arts and our community will be invaluable as SOPAC continues to grow.”

Marinik joins SOPAC with more than a decade of experience in nonprofit development and arts administration. As Director of Development, Marinik will lead SOPAC’s fundraising strategy, including individual giving, institutional support, corporate partnerships, and membership initiatives. She will work closely with SOPAC’s leadership and Board of Governors to strengthen resources that sustain the organization’s artistic, education, and community programs.

A South Orange resident for 10 years, Marinik shared her enthusiasm for joining SOPAC at this moment. “SOPAC is a vital part of the cultural life of SOMA, and I’m excited to support its mission during this milestone season and beyond,” she said.
