Kriti Venkat

Development Associate
Kriti Venkat supports SOPAC’s development team across donor communications, membership, special events and data management, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for donors.
Kriti has had a lifelong connection to the performing arts. She is trained in Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian dance form, and has spent more than twenty-five years training and performing in a tradition that blends storytelling, music and expressive movement. Her experience as a dancer shapes how she approaches her work, with a strong appreciation for the discipline, creativity and sense of community at the heart of the arts.
She holds an MBA with concentrations in Information Technology Management and Marketing from Seton Hall University, where she also worked in communications and digital engagement roles supporting cross-department projects and campus-wide initiatives. While in college, she served as President of the Indian Dance Society, leading performances, coordinating productions and building an inclusive and energetic arts community. These experiences continue to shape her collaborative and thoughtful approach to her work.
Outside of work, Kriti continues to dance, explore local arts and culture and support creative spaces that bring people together.
