If you need assistance with a SOPAC-presented virtual event, please contact us at the SOPAC Box Office.
If the event you’re viewing is presented on another livestream platform, you may receive the most efficient customer service response by contacting the help desk at that platform directly. Please refer to your purchase confirmation email communications, or the SOPAC website event page of your performance, for more information.
SOPAC Box Office
Regular Box Office hours are Monday-Friday, 12PM-4PM.
The Box Office is also open one hour prior to virtual events and during virtual events.
Please ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection to livestream a virtual event.
Ticket links can be utilized on only one device at a time so if you choose to switch devices mid-livestream, you will be signed out of the event on the first device you logged in with.
