Get ready for a rollicking, irreverent celebration of the season with SO Jewish Comedy Night. Bringing together some of the sharpest comedic minds in the country, this uproarious evening promises unfiltered laughter, relatable stories, and plenty of chutzpah.
- Eli Lebowicz: Eli Lebowicz is a very Jewish comedian. Like very Jewish. He has performed all over the US, Canada, and Israel telling jokes to Jews at shul dinners, Passover programs and other times when they’re eating. Eli is also one of the co-creators of J-Sketch, the Orthodox Jewish world’s recent viral sketch group.
- Antonia Lassar: Called “the freshest voice in Jewish comedy” by Hey Alma, Antonia Lassar has made a name for herself in the progressive Jewish world by dishing spicy takes like, why do all our torah covers look like they were designed by a quilter named Pat? Antonia’s Jewish comedy has been featured by Hey Alma, USA Today, and approximately 3000 rabbi group chats. She recently received the prestigious Mandel fellowship for her Jewish standup comedy. You can catch her performing with UCB Los Angeles or at your mom’s synagogue. (Sometimes she even gets into hand dying silks with Pat.)
- Natan Badalov: A Bukharian comedian and writer from New York City who emigrated from Uzbekistan in the early ’90s, Natan’s work has appeared on Adult Swim and at festivals like the New York Comedy Festival and Chosen Comedy Festival. He’s opened for Nimesh Patel and Punkie Johnson, and his solo show Connect The Dots was a Y’all Laughter Lab Finalist. He’s currently touring his new show Chosen Fam, exploring identity and the Middle East with plenty of heart.
- Mikey Greenblatt: Mikey is an actor, writer, improviser, and a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade Academy, Mike has performed with short form improv troupe Rufus Khan, which has been called “Reliably funny” by the New York Times.
