Women in Comedy
National Headliners
Nonstop Laughs
Founded in the spirit of helping women break into stand-up, Ladies of Laughter has grown into one of the most celebrated platforms in comedy, a national competition and showcase that has launched the careers of Amy Schumer, Tammy Pescatelli, and Melissa Rauch of The Big Bang Theory, among many others. Known as “The Careerbuilder for Women in Comedy,” the program has filled stages from Atlantic City casinos to Madison Square Garden.
- Carmen Lynch: A late night veteran with appearances on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Late Show with David Letterman, Conan, and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Lynch has two streaming comedy specials: Queen Week in English and Carmen Lynch en Espanol, both on YouTube.
- Monique Latise: A national headliner and Paterson, NJ native, Latise recently won Funny Over 50 on Sherri Shepherd’s nationally syndicated talk show, and her set on Laugh After Dark has racked up more than one million views on YouTube. With a special currently in production, she is a comedian very much on the rise.
- Sheba Mason: Born into theatrical royalty as the daughter of comedian Jackie Mason and playwright Ginger Reiter, Sheba has been performing since the age of two, when she served as a stage prop in her mother’s play. These days she performs nightly in Manhattan comedy clubs, bringing her sharp, witty takes on everything from politics to single life in New York.
- Ellen Feeney: A standout in the 2024 Ladies of Laughter national competition and winner of New York’s Laughing Buddha Competition in 2025, Feeney is a rising force on the NYC comedy club circuit and exactly the kind of discovery that makes Ladies of Laughter worth watching every year.
Four comedians, one stage, zero filter. Ladies of Laughter is your night out.
