Joining us for Frosty? Make & Bring Your Own Snowflake!

Here’s how it works:
  1. Assemble your materials (no larger than 12″x12″)
To make a paper snowflake, you need two essential craft supplies: paper and scissors. When choosing your paper, remember that lightweight paper, such as wrapping paper, tissue paper, or crepe paper, will be easier to cut, but it will be more fragile to decorate with.  Medium to heavyweight paper—butcher paper, card stock, or text-weight poster paper— is harder to cut but sturdier for decorating.
  2. Design & Decorate your snowflake:
There are many printable snowflake templates online, such as:
    Printable Templates (fold & cut)
    Printable Templates (no folding)
Simple Snowflake TemplatesOr design your own!Decorate your snowflake with glitter, colorful buttons, sequins, gems, paint, or anything else you like.  Make sure you glue everything down firmly to prevent your snowflake from losing its decorations.
  3. Sign your Snowflake:
Write your name on your snowflake clearly and boldly for all to see.
  4. Hand in your Snowflake:
As you arrive to the show, hand in your snowflake to the SOPAC ticket collector.
  5. See your Snowflake Displayed in the SOPAC Lobby After the Show:
SOPAC will create a winter wonderland from your artwork to be displayed during the holiday season!
Snowflakes can be picked up in January by contacting our administrative offices at (973)-382-1027 or info@sopacnow.org.
