The South Orange Performing Arts Center is pleased to have so many community partners to help support arts education, arts engagement, and other community-oriented efforts. Working with these organizations helps SOPAC to reach further into the community and strengthen relationships that benefit the people of our region.
A winter coat drive, collecting non-perishable items for the Community Food Bank, serving as a warming station during Hurricane Sandy and participating in River Day are just a few of the activities that have involved the Board of Governors, the SOPAC staff, and SOPAC Volunteers working with many of our community partners.

SOPAC Local Business Network Partners:
The SOPAC Local Business Network is about connecting arts patrons with local businesses. More than half of all SOPAC audiences come from surrounding communities and many of our patrons enjoy fine dining, the best retail stores and the quality services neighboring SOPAC.
SOPAC promotes participating Local Business Network members via the SOPAC website, playbill, and in correspondence to our members.
