“as dazzling to watch as they are to listen to”  - Time Out NY

Ladysmith Black Mambazo is considered the representatives of South African musical culture, earning international acclaim when Paul Simon recruited the group to sing on his classic album Graceland.

As the walls of apartheid came crumbling down in the 1990s, Mambazo served as a bridge between South Africa and the rest of the world, performing with a dazzling array of performers including Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Melissa Etheridge and Josh Groban. The two-time Grammy Award-winning artists continue to inspire audiences with their traditional Zulu sound.
