Renowned for her ability to collaborate across musical boundaries, Angelique Kidjo’s latest CD, the Grammy Nominated, Djin Djin, features Peter Gabriel, Alicia Keys, Carlos Santana, Josh Groban and Branford Marsalis.  The singer/songwriter was a featured performer at Live Earth and was profiled in Vanity Fair magazine’s special issue on Africa. In 2007 Ms Kidjo received her 5th Grammy nomination!  A native of Benin, she is one of the hottest and most outspoken performers on the world music scene today and somehow finds time to also act as a UNICEF ambassador.
