Over the past 30 years of performing, Sweet Honey in the Rock has created a dedicated following of listeners inspired by the group’s beautiful a cappella spirituals and hymns that fuse gospel, jazz, folk and blues. Recently featured in an award-winning documentary, the African American female ensemble has also won multiple Grammy Awards and toured the world. They seamlessly blend lyrics, spirited movement and a stirring narrative that is interpreted in American Sign Language.
